Our Story
My mom kicking me out of the kitchen because I
"didn't know what I was doing"
My family immigrated from Vietnam bringing with them our
culture and unique flavors of our foods.
"Have you eaten yet?" was something my mom would ask every time I would walk through the door. It was a sign of love and care that people of Asian descent only grew to understand as they get older. She was always in her garden or in the kitchen whipping up some fantastic meals. All the flavors that only mom could do. I didn't REALLY appreciate it as a kid, but as an adult, every time I visited, I made it a mission to start documenting the recipes that only lived in her head. I wanted to share one of those mouthwatering recipes today.

Our families came here FRESH OFF THE BOAT (FOB), carrying with them not just hope but also the recipes that reminded them of home. Today, we share those flavors with you. Each bottle represents the journey, resilience, and love that have shaped our families. From our kitchen to yours, we hope our sauces bring as much joy to your table as they do to ours.
